Summary
Intrathyroid parathyroid adenomas are challenging to detect. 18F-fluorocholine positron emission tomography/computed tomography (FCH PET/CT) successfully visualized an intrathyroid adenoma missed by conventional imaging, leading to successful surgical removal.
