Water intake during drinking does not alleviate hangover symptoms.

Drinking water between alcoholic beverages did not reduce hangover symptoms or affect alcohol metabolism. This study found no significant difference in alcohol kinetics or subjective hangover experiences between groups that did and did not consume water while drinking.
