Abstract:
Persistent trigger finger distally to the A2 pulley after A1 pulley release is uncommon. We report five fingers in four patients successfully treated using a stepwise approach including A1 pulley release, ulnar flexor digitorum superficialis slip excision and flexor tenoplasty.Level of Evidence: Level IV.
