Abstract:
Ten compounds were isolated from the bidirectional fermentation product "Lingba Junzhi"(LBJZ) of Ganoderma lucidum and Crotonis Fructus through a combination of chromatographic techniques, including silica gel column chromatography, thin-layer chromatography, and high-performance liquid chromatography. Their chemical structures were elucidated by spectroscopic analyses, including high-resolution mass spectrometry and one-dimensional/two-dimensional nuclear magnetic resonance spectroscopy. These compounds were identified as 12-O-pentenoyl-13-O-acetylphorbol(1), 12-O-tigloylphorbol-13-isobutyrate(2), phorbol-13-dodecanoate(3), 12-O-tigloylphorbol-13-acetate(4), phorbol-13-acetate(5), 4-deoxy-4α-phorbol-13-acetate(6), adenosine(7), arabitol(8), crotonoside(9), and uridine(10). Among them, compound 1 was a new compound, while compounds 2-10 were reported for the first time from LBJZ.
