To systematically review and analyze global scientific literature from 2019-2024.
Focus on validated, evaluated, and clinically implemented mobile health applications in prenatal nursing care.
Assess the role of mHealth in improving prenatal care outcomes.

Systematic review adhering to PRISMA guidelines.
Utilized PICOT-D format for search strategy.
Searched five electronic databases and Google Scholar using English and Spanish keywords.
