The digital transformation of oncology requires interoperable infrastructures for integrating clinical and molecular data. Within the German Network for Personalized Medicine (DNPM), a nationwide platform is being developed to harmonize oncology data. We implemented a Talend-based ETL pipeline to integrate Onkostar data into DNPM, ensuring semantic consistency and data quality through automated validation. Over one year, 283 datasets were successfully transferred, all passing validation checks. Reimbursement confirmation tokens indicated correct integration into downstream processes. These results demonstrate the feasibility of interoperable oncology data integration in routine clinical operation.
