To examine nursing workforce mobility and professional case-mix shifts across Nurse Practitioners, Registered Nurses, and Licensed Practical Nurses in Canada from 2015-2024.
To identify inter-provincial and intra-provincial patterns influencing nursing distribution and professional roles.
