Congenital long QT syndrome (LQTS) patients intolerant to beta-blockers can benefit from a dual-device strategy. Combining a subcutaneous implantable cardioverter-defibrillator (S-ICD) with a leadless pacemaker effectively managed arrhythmias and improved symptoms.
