Clinical Presentation of Chronic Abacterial Prostatitis Shows No Association with TAS2R38 Taster Status

This study found no link between TAS2R38 taste receptor function and the severity of chronic abacterial prostatitis/chronic pelvic pain syndrome (CP/CPPS) symptoms or ejaculate parameters. The TAS2R38 taste status did not influence patient outcomes in CP/CPPS.
