Summary

An AI-selected mobile Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) intervention significantly reduced nurse burnout across client-related, personal, and work-related domains compared to a control group. Nurses found the AI-selected CBT approach helpful for self-awareness and coping strategies.
