IL-18 derived from microwave-ablated osteosarcoma facilitates antitumor response

Microwave ablation (MWA) boosts interleukin-18 (IL-18) and enhances immune cell function in osteosarcoma (OSA). Combining IL-18 with anti-PD-1 therapy offers a promising treatment strategy for OSA.
