    Summary

    This study found that electrophysiological anomalies in evoked potentials correlate with multiple sclerosis (MS) clinical signs. Advanced analysis accurately diagnosed all MS patients, suggesting a valuable tool for clinical diagnosis.

    Summary:

    • Multimodal evoked potentials (visual, auditory, somatosensory) and stroboscopic stimulation responses were analyzed in 15 MS patients and 20 controls.
    • Cortical responses showed lower amplitude in MS patients, with abnormal stroboscopic stimulation reactions.
    • Non-linear discrimination analysis achieved 100% accuracy in diagnosing MS and identified 85% of healthy subjects as asymptomatic.
