Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) shows promise in reducing post-stroke fatigue (PSF), improving sleep, and enhancing quality of life. Longer CBT interventions, exceeding six weeks, appear more effective, but cautious interpretation is advised due to limited safety data.
