Negative-Pressure Lung Re-expansion After One-Lung Ventilation for Pulmonary Resection: A Retrospective Study

Negative-pressure lung re-expansion is safe following lung resection surgery. This method showed no increased adverse events compared to positive-pressure re-expansion after one-lung ventilation.
