Summary

Deep learning reconstruction (DLR)-applied PROPELLER diffusion-weighted imaging (DWI) offers superior image quality in uterine malignancies compared to MUSE-DWI, showing fewer artifacts and better lesion conspicuity. However, it results in higher apparent diffusion coefficient (ADC) values.
