Summary
Anti-HER2 treatments (HER2Tx) show efficacy in metastatic colorectal cancer (mCRC) patients with HER2 amplification. Trastuzumab deruxtecan (T-DXd) and trastuzumab-tucatinib (T-Tu) demonstrated superior response rates compared to trastuzumab-pertuzumab (T+P).
