Probiotics for Enhanced Tissue Carotenoid Status: A Double-Blind, Randomized Controlled Trial

- B. subtilis Rosell®-179 shows potential for enhancing SCS in healthy premenopausal women.
- The probiotic may augment the benefits of carotenoid supplementation on skin carotenoid levels.
