Immediate implant placement in thin buccal bone phenotype: CBCT-based retrospective comparison between DBBM and H-PRF

Summary

Horizontal platelet-rich fibrin bone blocks (H-PRF-BB) show comparable bone augmentation to deproteinized bovine bone mineral (DBBM) for immediate implant placement. Both methods yielded similar ridge contour remodeling in thin or defected buccal bone cases.
