Intravoxel incoherent motion diffusion-weighted imaging (IVIM-DWI) effectively distinguishes recurrent hepatocellular carcinoma (HCC) from post-ablation inflammation. Diffusion coefficient (D) showed superior diagnostic performance compared to other IVIM-DWI parameters.
