Summary

This network meta-analysis compared moxibustion therapies for primary dysmenorrhea (PD). Wheat-grain sized cone moxibustion showed the best overall clinical effectiveness, while herb-partitioned and heat-sensitive moxibustion excelled in pain and symptom reduction, respectively.
