Summary

This study investigates if a virtual reality (VR) high-intensity interval training (HIIT) exergame improves attention and impulse control in adolescents with ADHD more than a non-exercise VR control. Results are pending, but the trial aims to determine if physical exertion in VR is key for ADHD symptom improvement.
