"Hands Off": Best Practice Radiation Safety is Rarely Achieved in Microcatheter Angiography

Microcatheter angiography (MA) during endovascular aneurysm repair frequently exposes operators to radiation. Best practices for radiation safety are rarely followed, indicating a need for selective MA and new guidelines.
