Conclusions:

  • [11C]acetate PET/CT, particularly spleen SUV and LSR, reflects hepatic and splenic involvement in sCAEBV.
  • This suggests [11C]acetate PET/CT could be a novel imaging biomarker for sCAEBV disease activity.
  • Further investigation in larger patient cohorts is warranted to confirm these findings.
