Purpose of the Study:

  • To investigate Nectin-4 expression in MIBC.
  • To analyze associations between Nectin-4 and tumor-promoting signaling pathways, clinicopathological features, and survival outcomes.

  • Immunohistochemistry was used to assess Nectin-4 expression in two independent MIBC cohorts.
  • Statistical analyses explored correlations between Nectin-4 levels and markers of growth signaling, metabolism, inflammation, and clinicopathological data.

  • While not an independent prognostic factor, Nectin-4's biological associations warrant further investigation for targeted bladder cancer therapies.
