Non-Destructive Assessment of Watermelon Comprehensive Quality Based on Acoustic and Vibration Signals

This study introduces a non-destructive method using acoustic and vibration signals for comprehensive watermelon quality assessment. The developed Extremely Randomized Trees model achieved 92% accuracy, enabling efficient, low-cost watermelon grading.
