Herein, we report two highly stable topology-tunable cerium-based hydroxamate MOFs. Ce-PDHA shows a rare high-temperature iodine adsorption surge (2191.6 mg g-1 at 110 °C) through pyrazine nitrogen charge transfer, enabling efficient nuclear iodine capture.
