Combined percutaneous embolization and video-assisted thoracoscopic surgery (VATS).

Main Results:

Successful identification of multiple intralobar pulmonary sequestrations with aberrant vasculature in a patient with situs inversus totalis.
Management of acute hemoptysis was achieved through percutaneous embolization.
Complete surgical resection of the sequestrations was successfully performed using VATS.

Conclusions:

The coexistence of pulmonary sequestration and situs inversus totalis presents significant clinical challenges.
A combined interventional radiology and minimally invasive surgery approach can effectively manage this rare condition.
This case underscores the importance of meticulous preoperative planning in complex congenital anomalies.
