Abstract:
A rigid carbazole dimer exhibits thermomorphically modulated excitonic coupling, producing a phosphorescence-maxima = 513 nm and = 440 nm. Temperature-dependent crystal packing tunes Coulombic coupling, thereby controlling triplet-state energetics.
