Antibacterial Effect of Iodine-Based Paste With Silver Nanoparticles Against Enterococcus faecalis: An In Vitro Study

Adding silver nanoparticles to Vitapex significantly enhances its antibacterial effect against Enterococcus faecalis in primary teeth. This combination shows superior efficacy compared to Vitapex or silver nanoparticles alone, improving pulpectomy outcomes.
