When "Sarcopenic Dysphagia" Is Not the Answer

Sarcopenic dysphagia was initially suspected in an elderly woman with swallowing difficulties. However, advanced imaging revealed atlantoaxial dislocation compressing the brainstem, highlighting the need to consider structural causes beyond sarcopenia.
