Abstract:
This report describes a concealed postauricular single-port robotic neck dissection combined with transoral microvascular anastomosis for oral squamous cell carcinoma. By integrating neck management with intraoral free-flap reconstruction, this approach avoided a visible cervical incision and achieved favorable perioperative, functional, and cosmetic outcomes in a selected patient.
