1Augenärztin, Praxis an der Lichtwiese, Darmstadt, Deutschland.
Abstract:
Patients with glaucoma disease can suffer not only physical burdens from decreasing visual acuity but even psychological abnormalities. The effects of glaucoma disease on quality of life and life satisfaction are discussed, with therapeutic tips with methods to prevent social isolation and loneliness.
