Summary

Geleophysic dysplasia, a rare skeletal disorder, can mimic keratoconus (KC) tomographic features. This case highlights the need for thorough evaluation in pediatric patients to prevent misdiagnosis and unnecessary corneal collagen cross-linking (CXL).
