None:
Recovery in mental health does not mean returning to life as it was before, but rather creating a personal path to regain control over one's life, despite the illness. Based on hope, autonomy, and the recognition of each person's strengths, it lies at the heart of peer support. Whether individually or in groups, peer health mediators - whether recovered or still on the path to recovery - share their experiences in a more horizontal relationship to restore confidence, open up possibilities, and offer a perspective that complements that of caregivers, in support of recovery-oriented care.
