Abstract:
Poly-bis(4-phenyl)(2,4,6-trimethylphenyl)amine (PTAA) was investigated as a stable O2 reduction (photo)electrocatalyst for sustainable H2O2 production in water. Uniform spin-coated PTAA thin films exhibited a H2O2 production rate of 305 mmol gphotoelectrocatalyst-1 h-1 with 100% Faraday efficiency and selectivity. This work expands the scope of π-conjugated polymers as (photo)electrocatalysts for sustainable H2O2 production technologies.
