Summary
Oral Age-Related Eye Disease Study (AREDS/2) supplements did not significantly alter Macular Telangiectasia Type 2 (MacTel) progression over 24 months. This study found no evidence that AREDS/2 slows structural or functional disease in MacTel patients.
