Abstract:
Investigating lncRNA-protein interactors is crucial for understanding their contribution to tumor formation and progression. Here, we present a protocol to explore the heterogeneity of RNA-protein interactions between the lncRNA LISRR and RPL26 ex vivo in 3D clinically relevant patient-derived melanoma models. We describe steps for sample preparation, RNA probe hybridization, and a proximity ligation assay. We then detail procedures for detection and analysis. This protocol bypasses tissue embedding and sectioning, significantly accelerating data acquisition.
