Gentamicin Lock Therapy and Duration-Dependent Catheter-Related Bloodstream Infection Risk in Hemodialysis

Gentamicin-heparin lock significantly reduced catheter-related bloodstream infections (CRBSI) in hemodialysis patients. This antimicrobial solution may also mitigate the increased infection risk associated with longer catheter dwell times.
