Medial Antebrachial Cutaneous Neuroma Following Punch Biopsy: An Iatrogenic Nerve Injury Case Report

The medial antebrachial cutaneous nerve is a sensory nerve that provides sensation to the forearm and elbow. Neuropathy of this nerve can result from various causes, including iatrogenic injury. We report a case of medial antebrachial cutaneous neuroma following a skin punch biopsy and discuss the surgical management and outcome. Although such complications are uncommon, this case emphasizes the importance of anatomical awareness and postoperative evaluation when patients present with altered sensation.
