Prospective feasibility study of diagnostic CT-based simulation-free palliative radiotherapy

Simulation-free radiotherapy (SFRT) using diagnostic CT scans is feasible and safe for treating vertebral metastases in Japan. This approach, requiring less planning time, achieved a 100% treatment completion rate in a prospective study.
