Summary

A rare, aggressive sacral non-Hodgkin lymphoma case is presented in a 36-year-old female with systemic lupus erythematosus. Despite treatment, the diffuse large B-cell lymphoma showed rapid progression and widespread metastasis, leading to a poor prognosis.
