Visible light communication (VLC) has attracted attention in wireless communication. However, conventional VLC systems using limited LEDs are constrained in spatial data capacity. To overcome this limitation, optical camera communication (OCC) has been introduced, utilizing high-resolution display transmitters and imaging sensors as receivers to realize massively parallel, image-based data transmission. However, OCC performance is affected by optical aberrations and diffraction, which induce blur and inter-symbol interference, thus increasing the bit error rate (BER) under dense spatial encoding. To address this challenge, we propose a table-based coding (TBC) method that systematically eliminates pixel patterns prone to misclassification under optical blur. Through system modeling, impulse response analysis, and experimental validation, the proposed OCC system demonstrates projected throughput 33.975 Gb/s with a low BER, approaching the ideal blur-free limit of 217.438 Gb/s. These results demonstrate that TBC enables high-density, blur-tolerant optical communication, and highlights potential of display-based transmitters for next-generation free-space communication systems.
