Abstract:
Splenic artery aneurysms (SAAs) are rare vascular anomalies often discovered incidentally during imaging studies performed for unrelated conditions. This case report details the incidental discovery of an SAA in a 62-year-old female patient undergoing staging evaluation for recently diagnosed breast carcinoma. The report underscores the importance of recognizing and managing incidental vascular findings in oncological patients to optimize clinical outcomes.
