Distal Biceps Tendon Anatomical All-Suture Anchor Repair

This technical note describes a single-incision, onlay, double all-suture anchor technique for distal biceps tendon repair. The method enables anatomic reattachment of the tendon onto the ulnar aspect of the radial tuberosity, optimizing footprint restoration and tendon-bone contact area compared with conventional single-incision techniques. This configuration provides secure fixation that permits immediate postoperative motion and offers a secondary anchor for added stability should one anchor fail.
