This article describes an all-arthroscopic knotless suture-bridge technique for medial collateral ligament repair. Its key steps involve placing a medial row anchor and a lateral row anchor, connected via sutures passed through the torn ligament, thereby applying the suture-bridge technique to achieve secure knotless fixation.
