Abstract:
An effective precursor stabilization strategy is developed through introducing pentaerythrityl tetrakis(3-mercaptopropionate) (PETMP) containing -SH and -COO- functional groups as stabilizers for fabricating high-quality CsPbI2Br perovskite films with high reproducibility in ambient air. We achieve reproducible carbon-based CsPbI2Br perovskite solar cells with an attractive efficiency of 15.20% under ambient air.
