Abstract
None:
A carbon-free silicon-phosphorus composite anode is developed, where the lithiated LixP phase of amorphous red phosphorus can alleviate the mechanical failure and improve kinetics. The resulting all-solid-state lithium-ion battery delivers exceptional rate capability and cycling stability (91.88% capacity retention after 1000 cycles).
