Ipsilateral Eyelid Disorders Following Ocular Brachytherapy

Acquired eyelid disorders, especially upper eyelid ptosis, are common after episcleral brachytherapy for uveal melanoma. Iodine-125 and anterior tumor location are key risk factors for developing ptosis post-treatment.
