Tibial plateau leveling osteotomy (TPLO) effectively corrects the tibial plateau angle (TPA) in small dogs with cranial cruciate ligament disease (CCLD). Long-term results show stable TPA, with changes falling within measurement error, indicating successful surgical outcomes.
