Multiple sclerosis (MS) phenotypes are diverse. This study identified four latent symptom modules (sensory-visual-pain, ataxic-spastic-falls, cognitive-psychologic-fatigue, autonomic-bladder-bowel) that represent MS patient heterogeneity, revealing most patients have mixed symptoms.
